This neighborhood was established in 1978, and includes the following developments, Shady Hollow Estates, Shady Hollow Meadow, and Barker Ranch at Shady Hollow. The neighborhood has well maintained homes, on large tree shaded lots, brick exteriors and two-story homes are characteristic with 3-6 bedrooms. there is a small-town friendly atmosphere and the area is bordered by a greenbelt and nature preserve.
