Maple Run
The homes in Maple Run subdivision were built in 1994-1998 by Buffington, Plantation and Wilshire Homes. These homes range in size from approximately 1,570 sq. ft. to 3,562 sq. ft. and are both 1- and 2-story homes. This is a great SW Austin neighborhood with easy access to downtown Austin and major employers.
Shopping, eating and entertainment options include the Arbor Walk, Escarpment Village and Shady Hollow Village. The new South Park Meadows Shopping Center is also available at Slaughter Lane and IH 35.
Area parks and green areas include the Metro Park in Circle C Ranch, Dick Nichols Park off Beckett Road in the Villages of Western Oaks.
The Veloway, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center and the Grey Rock Golf Club are located south of the subdivision via Mo-Pac (Loop 1).
