Belterra

Belterra is a master-planned community built in 2004 and located past the Y in Oakhill (Hwy 71 and Hwy 290 West). It is between Nutty Brown Road and Sawyer Ranch Road, in the 78737 zip code. Belterra is thirty minutes from downtown Austin, Zilker Park and Barton Creek Mall.

The community features homes built by several respected builders, Newmark, Highland and Wilshire are a few of the area builders.  There are wooded greenbelts, a community center on 9.5 acres, with a fitness center, sport court, nature trails wind through the neighborhood, and several swimming pools.

The neighborhood association provides family programs, including book clubs, movies in the park and more.  This is a great area that I encourage you to explore.
