Western Trails
Western Trails neighborhood is located in SW Austin and bordered by Manchaca Road, Ben White (also known as Hwy 290 west) to the north and east by Western Trails. It is in the popular 78745 zip code area and about 15 minutes from Downtown Austin.
The homes in the area were built between 1950 and 1970, most are three bedrooms and two bath with 1300 square feet on the low range and 2500 on the high range of square feet. The average home in the area is approximately 1600 square feet. Most lots are large and have large shade trees. The neighborhood has retained a well kept appearance.
