The neighborhood and surrounding area is largely residential with some nearby restaurants and a public library. Wells Branch is located between West Howard Lane, IH35 and No Mo-Pac. It is the street that connects IH35 to Mo-Pac, which is in the process of being extended. There is easy access to Dell and other major employers and businesses.
In addition to the light rail station, residents have easy access to the Domain Shopping Center. The Domain is near Mo-Pac and Braker Lane with 700,000 square feet of retail space and restaurants, 75,000 square feet of Class A office space and 390 apartment units.
This neighborhood is a walker, jogger, or biker’s paradise with miles of beautiful tree-lined hike and bike trails throughout the community. There is also a large playground adjacent to softball fields, basketball & tennis courts.
