Zilker
The Zilker neighborhood is located in south central Austin and extends south of Lady Bird Lake, bounded by Lamar Blvd on the south, and Barton Springs Road on the north.
This area is home to many Austin landmarks Umlauf Sculpture Gardens, Flipnotics coffee shop, Chuy’s Tex-Mex restaurant, and the famous Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Botanical Gardens.
The homes in this area are well-established with large trees and walking spaces. There are miles of hiking and biking trails on the greenbelt and along Lady Bird Lake. The area attracts outdoor types, families and professionals.
