This community is located in Central Austin close to Shoal Creek and is one of the original Central Austin neighborhoods. It has mature trees, larger lots and the pricing is still affordable for Central Austin living.
Most homes in this areas were built in the 1960’s and tend to be smaller than newer homes; most residents are willing to adapt to less space because of the excellent location to downtown employers, nightlife, parks and major roads, RR 2222, Hwy 290 East and IH 35. It is also a short drive to the new Mueller Development.
