This neighborhood is located between IH 35 and South Congress, in Central Austin. The area has been called a favorite of professionals working in downtown Austin; they enjoy the quiet neighborhood and short commute to work. Many of the homes that were built in the 1920 are being replaced by large homes, sometimes called Mac Mansions.
