Flintrock Falls is located in Lakeway, TX; take Highway 71 to FM 620 to Lakeway turn left on Lohmans Spur and left on Flintrock Trace. The average commute to downtown Austin is approximately 25 minutes and about 35 to Bergstrom International Airport. The subdivision is a gated community built around The Hills of Lakeway, which has a premiere golf country club. There is a 72 hole golf course, including 36 holes of the newest Jack Nicklaus’s Central Texas golf course. The average age of the homes in the area is 6 years to brand new. This area has many greenbelts, hike/bike trails, parks, and beautiful lakes for swimming. Lakeway has a fantastic saltwater pool, with a gradual “beach style” entrance; smaller children love the frog slide. There are also two huge, winding tube slides and new attached skate park, for teenagers. There is also a lap pool and the locale swim team called the Lakeway Lakers. If you are a boater, the area has several marinas, where you can dock your boat or join a boat club.
